Scott Sodemann, AIA 

Founder and President of Sodemann Architects, Inc. 

Scott Sodemann’s professional career began in 1977, working for a family owned engineering firm throughout high school and college. After moving to Hilton Head Island in 1990, he worked for several local architecture firms. In 1993, he passed the Architectural Registration Exam to become a professionally licensed architect. In 1997, Scott founded Sodemann Architects, Inc., where he remains President. From 2017 to 2021, Scott was also the Plans Examiner for the Town of Hilton Head Island. Additionally, Scott is a certified floodplain manager and real estate broker.
